If you feel the item purchased doesn't fit your home or is defective, hop into our return or refund policies. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with the purchase. 

 

If you would like to return a non-damaged product, please contact us at support@senseandtrendz.com and include the following details within 30 days of product's shipping date:

  • Order number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Would you like to exchange or return your product
  • Reason for return

 

We will reply to you within one business day with further instructions on how to proceed. All returns must have an RMA#.

 

Please note that we won't be able to accept a return without tracking details. Some of our partners around the world have been affected due to Covid-19 and are unable to store local inventory. So for the time being all returns should be shipped to our China warehouse. We are trying to solve this ASAP.

 

Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.

 

Any issues with the free replacements provided for an already delivered defective items, should be reported to our team within 7 days from the date of delivery of the replacement. If not, then it is not eligible for a return or refund. Do get in touch with our team through Support@senseandtrendz.com within 7 days of delivery.

 

 

 Return/Exchange Policy:

  • You may return or exchange any unopened Brand New product within 30 days of your product's shipping date. The product must be unused and be in its original packaging with warranty cards, manuals and accessories included.
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied on case to case basis.
  • Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable. While we do offer free shipping, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returned orders that are not damaged or defective.
  • Items that cannot be returned:
    • Clearance items
    • Gift cards
    • Personalized items
    • Bundled items
    • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page

 

If your item is damaged or defective these exceptions do not apply. In this case, please reach out to us and based on the query we'll try out for a best solution.

 

 

 Refund Policy:

  • You may return any unopened Brand New product within 30 days of your product's shipping date. To qualify for refund, the product must be unused and be in its original packaging with warranty cards, manuals and accessories included.
  • Based on the products, restocking fee of up to 20% may be applied on case to case basis.
  • Refunds are only issued once we have received the merchandise.
  • Actual product colour may vary slightly as viewed on different monitors and browsers. Refunds are not honoured on slight colour variations.
  • In a rare circumstances, there may be some discrepancy between the product page and the actual product. If the discrepancy is due to an human error then we would provide a partial refund and it varies from product to product. S&T reserves the right to define the partial refund amounts. In order to receive full refunds, then the product needs to be shipped back to us by the customer. 
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
